The World Trade Center Foundation
  • Served as an essential staff member from the time the doors opened during the summer of 2004, as a sabbatical project following the successful $200 million Haverford Campaign.  [2004]
Western Connecticut State University
  • Fundraising and Communications Staff Assessment. [2004-05]

  • Fundraising and Staff Assessment and Abridged Feasibility/Readiness study. [2006]
The Chemical Heritage Foundation
  • Staff and fundraising assessment for cultural organization whose mission is to preserve and advance the knowledge of chemistry. [2007-08]
Ursinus College
  • Staff and Fundraising assessment. [2009]
The Knowles Teacher Initiative
  • Helped transition the new Executive Director, worked to evolve governance structure, led staff retreat sessions, assessed fundraising capacity and helped create some fee for service opportunities to enhance the funding model. [2014-19]
Williamson College of the Trades
  • Served as counsel in the transition of new President, Michael J. Rounds, followed by the replacement and transition of the vice president for advancement, working in cooperation with search firm Lambert & Associates (Cathy McGeever). Completed a staffing and fundraising analysis.
  • Facilitated a strategic planning process that included on campus staff sessions and an off campus board retreat, which we facilitated. Successful strategic plan completed in a collaborative and timely fashion. [2015-19]

  • Led a strategic planning process in anticipation of a major comprehensive campaign. [2016-17]

Meadowood Senior Living
  • Campaign counsel for Memory Care fundraising effort. [2021]
Haddonfield Friends School
  • Led inaugural strategic planning process (2022)
  • Served as fundraising counsel (2023-24). Successful outcomes included purchasing, populating and implementing their first philanthropic database; raising just under $400,000 in matching fund towards a $725,000 grant received from the New Jersey Historical Trust for building preservation; onboarding their first professional development staff member; and bringing best practices to both governance and fundraising to the school.
Independence Mission Schools – IMS
  • 2023-current: Assisted in the search for a new Chief Advancement Officer. Currently serving as campaign counsel. Worked with Visionary Philanthropic Consulting to do data analytics work to inform completion of $50 million inaugural comprehensive campaign slated to end June 30, 2025
  • Provided an assessment of the development program. [2019]
Millville Army Air Field Museum
  • 2024-present. Serving as counsel to align strategic plan with funding model and prepare related communications and fundraising materials to help launch an inaugural comprehensive campaign in honor of their 85th anniversary, aligned with our country’s 250th birthday.
Cumberland County TEC
  • Completed assessment of Foundation governance and fundraising model (2025)
St. Augustine Prep
  • Completed holistic assessment of the Integrated and Experiential Learning and Entrepreneurship Program (2025)
Bergen Catholic
  • Serving as campaign counsel in anticipation of their first comprehensive fundraising campaign in over a decade (2025-)
