The Knowles Teacher Initiative
  • Helped transition new Executive Director, evaluated governance structure, board development, staffing, fundraising opportunities, including Case Statement development and focus groups, goal setting staff retreat, including SWOT exercises, and ongoing counsel. Williamson College of the Trades
  • Served as counsel in the transition of new President, Michael J. Rounds, followed by the replacement and transition of the vice president for advancement, working in cooperation with search firm Lambert & Associates (Cathy McGeever). Completed a staffing and fundraising analysis. Facilitated a strategic planning process that included on campus staff sessions and an off campus board retreat, which we facilitated. Successful strategic plan completed in a collaborative and timely fashion. [2015-19]

Haddonfield Friends School
  • 2023-current: serving as campaign counsel for inaugural fundraising campaign that includes a $725,000 matching grant from the New Jersey Historical Trust for building preservation, annual support for teachers and students, and enhancing endowment. Assisted in creation, hiring and training of first development position at the school. Working with Board on best practices in governance and by-law revisions.
  • Performed assessment, with emphasis on advancement and enrollment. Guiding strategic planning effort and serving as counsel currently. [2022]
Independence Mission Schools – IMS
  • 2023-current: Assisted in the search for a new Chief Advancement Officer. Currently serving as campaign counsel. Worked with Visionary Philanthropic Consulting to do data analytics work to inform completion of $50 million inaugural comprehensive campaign.
